Dear Mr. Michael Fullan, I congratulate you for a job well done. I do agree with most of the concepts you expressed on your keynote address. But, I would like the conference to explore the impact of social and economic issues in the process of building professional learning communities. Your training focuses on five modules: Understanding Change, Building Professional Learning Communities - School, Building Professional Learning Communities - District, Leading in a Culture of Change and Sustainability. However, I would like to ask you to comment about the implementation of Large Scale Sustainable Reform in communities like South Bronx, New York where socio-economic problems play a mayor role.
