The level of honesty of the Posters (as people) and discussants is wonderful. It not only helps us to feel that our problems are not unique (as another discussant mentions) but also provides possible solutions and a sense of focus as we move into our 4th and final year of our LSC. There's a huge amount of meaningful material here.This is my second virtual conference. I appreciated last year's, but seem to remember it as clumsier to navigate. Thank you for the improvements in that area.
