Educators must concentrate on the solution of problems that we have the capacity of solving. The solution for the issues of student turnover, teacher turnover, principal turnover and superintendent turnover are beyond the reach of teachers. Turnover issues will continue to have a negative impact on school districts until the day we find solutions for the socio-economic problems impacting communities, salary disparities between school districts, political forces within the system, among others.
