Michael-- In a separate post I've posted a longer set of seven questions based on having read the keynote, the accompanying resource paper, and all of the poster presentations. Id like to ask you what you could elaborate in your keynote on the basis of the posters--also hoping the participants & visitors will join in. In shorthand, the questions are about (1) significance of school level; (b) "systemic" from the point of view of subjects; (c) whether "systemic change" is good for teachers, teaching, and learning; (d) optimism regarding districts; (e) possible tensions or internal contadictions in the change model; (f) lessons about building professonal community; and (g) conceptions of teacher leadership.
