This conference presents us with a wonderful opportunity to get to know other people in the nation doing a similar job. By sharing experiences we may learn about errors and the solutiones to common problems.
Often times, we have tendency to believe that our difficulties are unique, but they are not. This conference enable us to minimize failure and prevent us from making the sames mistakes that other projects made.
I just want to thank you for all the help this conference is giving us and congratulate you for a doing an excellent job.
