Yes, this conference is providing a unique chance to look at a lot of similar efforts, structured/presented in comparable formats. This enables us to see how others are facing the same challenges, reacting to the same types of pressures, etc. The conference really helps give me a "feel" that there is a real community out there - that we're not alone in our struggles. Thanks for organizing this, Joni and colleagues.Ethan
